Job summary

Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Hardware Integration & Verification Engineer to support testing, integration, and validation of complex electronic systems.

You will develop verification plans, integrate hardware, firmware, and mechanics, and troubleshoot throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on lab experience, strong problem-solving skills, and contribute to test automation, regulatory compliance, and requirements traceability while collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in hardware verification, system integration, and electronics testing.
• Understanding of digital, RF, and power supply circuitry.
• Hands-on with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong Python skills for test automation and data analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and execute hardware verification plans and test cases.
• Translate requirements into verifiable criteria and validate hardware performance.
• Integrate electrical hardware, mechanical enclosures, firmware, and system components.
• Lead debugging of complex hardware/hardware-software issues and document results.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Coordinate testing with internal teams and external laboratories; ensure traceability.
