Job summary

Qcells North America in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Sr. Manager of System Test and Validation to own end-to-end testing strategy and lab expansion for modules, inverters, ESS, and integrated software.

This role interfaces with development and QA to ensure product quality and performance. The position reports to the System Integration and Architecture Team and requires leading a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating with Product Management, and driving automation and compliance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics or related field) required, MS preferred.
• 5-10 years in complex system test and validation for hardware/software products.
• Experience leading test strategy and lab expansion for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong programming and data analytics skills with Python familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and execute comprehensive system test strategy programs.
• Lead and develop a team of hardware, systems, and software engineers focused on testing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross functional hardware and software organizations to meet system level test requirements.
• Propose and lead automation initiatives for testing and lab expansions.
