Role Overview

3QiLabs, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Lead QA Engineer based in Santa Clara, CA. Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.

Opportunity Overview

Create and execute automation scripts by leveraging existing framework, adapting to new features and enhancements to significantly improve testing efficiency and coverage. Analyze and compare security features of applications, develop a security scorecard that rates the applications on various security aspects such as document security, facial recognition, and liveness detection. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Collaborate with product teams to gather business requirements, subsequently developing comprehensive test plans and test cases.Systematically record and maintain test outcomes, ensuring detailed tracking and accessibility of test results throughout the testing lifecycle. Identify defects and discrepancies during testing phases, and work with the engineering team to address and resolve issues, thereby maintaining the integrity and quality of products. Collaborate with Release Management teams to ensure smooth rollouts and conduct post-deployment validations. Engage in comprehensive integration and end-to-end testing, coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless functionality across deeply integrated systems and databases.

Position requires 50% national travel.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

This position requires Master\'s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering Management, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
