Job summary

Pure Storage in Santa Clara is seeking a senior leader to build platforms, processes, and capabilities for reliable, data-driven manufacturing and testing across the product lifecycle.

You will drive operational excellence across PCBA- and system-level test environments, leading a high-performing team and partnering with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and Contract Manufacturers to elevate test coverage and safeguard product quality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading software, systems, test, or manufacturing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the systems test enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Own evolution of scalable manufacturing test platforms and integration.
• Drive CI/CD validation, release governance, and continuous test verification.
• Establish data foundations, observability, and actionable dashboards.
