Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Integration/Principal Systems Integration Engineer for our McClellan, CA location. You will join the Test & Evaluation organization to translate contractual needs into system test solutions, working across electronic, mechanical, and software domains.

The role requires TS clearance and willingness to support different shifts to meet lab schedules, with opportunities at Levels 2 or 3 depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline with 2 years of related experience, or Master’s with 0 years (Level 2).
• Active TS clearance (or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer needs into test solutions within constraints.
• Develop, execute, review, and release test procedures.
• Support lab artifacts, data analysis, and post-test reporting.
• Communicate results and project status; support multiple shifts.
