Job summary

EGlobalTech (EGT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tetra Tech, seeks a Systems Engineer/Systems Administrator to support testing, integration, installation, administration, troubleshooting, and sustainment of C4ISR systems. The role involves hands-on support in lab, shipboard, and shore environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows-based environments, system integration and testing, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance, and must possess an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, systems engineering, or related field.
• Experience administering Windows-based systems.
• Experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware/software.
• Experience diagnosing system failures and identifying corrective actions.
• Ability to develop and execute technical test procedures or scripts.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document issues, findings, resolutions, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Recommend hardware and software configurations for testing and evaluation.
• Perform system administration for operations analysis and Windows platforms.
• Develop and execute test scripts to support testing and troubleshooting.
• Respond to trouble tickets and system failures.
• Analyze issues and implement short- and long-term solutions.
• Evaluate configurations and propose design improvements.
• Suggest technical improvements for performance, availability, and security.
• Support installation, integration, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to resolve issues.
