Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integration & Test Systems Engineer in Woodland Hills, CA. You will synthesize customer requirements into test solutions, develop and execute test plans, and coordinate integrated testing activities while using MATLAB, DOORS, and scripting to automate campaigns.

The role requires a STEM degree, strong organizational skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and requirements decomposition.
• Familiarity with programming environments (MATLAB, C, C++, C#, Python).

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions considering schedule and cost constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Design a formal qualification strategy for new system designs.
• Develop automated test scripts to run campaigns.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities and review test requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews and assess system performance using MATLAB or similar tools.
