  • Lead Collaboration & Feedback: Work with developers, process engineers, and management to provide insights, suggest improvements, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead Reporting: Analyze results, document findings, prepare and presenting Test engineering work products to internal review teams and external customers at program milestone reviews.
  • Interact daily with other technical leads, program managers, planners, technicians, and other engineers.
  • Driving tasks to completion independently.
  • Collaborating with others within the workgroup, with other departments, and the customer.
  • Provide tasking to junior systems engineering team on your program and mentorship to support task completion.
  • Travel in support of project execution and testing as required, up to 15%.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related technical field) with 5 or more years related experience or master’s degree in engineering (or related technical field) with 3 or more years related experience or Ph.D. in Engineering (or related technical field) with up to 2 years’ related experience.
  • Two (2) years demonstrated project leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, or architecture design.
  • Executing test engineering tasks – including (but not limited to) requirements analysis, design review support, formal validation planning, test, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis.
