The Electronic Systems (ES) engineering team has an immediate opening for a mid-senior level Systems Engineer to support the growing Simulation and Training Team. As a member of the Simulation and Training Team, the systems engineer supports engineering development projects to deliver on our program commitments and release the capabilities to our military customers. The strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to execute in both R&D and production environments. As a systems engineer, you will perform a variety of assignments including requirements analysis, architecture design, systems integration, new product integration, and system test.

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. Benefits may include health insurance and prescription plan coverage, dental insurance, family building benefits, vision insurance, mental health resources, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and programs that provide employees time away from work. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $88,000 - $133,000 per year.
