Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Systems Technician to service, upgrade, maintain, and test telephone, data, and voice circuits and equipment. You will handle VHF/microwave systems, PCs, printers, and IT gear while supporting SCADA RTU's and PLCs as part of the Montello Technical Group.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and an associate's degree in Electronic Technology (or equivalent). Willingness to travel, follow safety protocols, and maintain spare parts inventory is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience with telecom equipment and testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade, maintain, and test telephone, data, and voice circuits and equipment.
• Back-up technical support and provide project services for SCADA RTU's, PLCs, and monitoring equipment.
• Follow safety practices and coordinate with supervision for repairs and maintenance.
• Interpret drawings and prepare as-built sketches for engineering drawings.
