Job summary

FTI Services is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to resolve computer-related issues for our clients in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You will provide technical assistance across hardware and software platforms, troubleshoot complex problems, and work with clients via phone, in person, or electronically to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years' IT, customer service, or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, VMware/Hyper-V, and Office applications.
