Location – Pittsburgh, PA 15108 (Onsite)

Role Type – Contract (1 year)

Must Have Skills:

• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office via Office 365
• A+, MCSE, N+, or other relevant IT certifications
• Experience supporting AutoCAD, Revit, and/or ProjectWise
• Familiarity with smartphones and wireless devices, including tablets
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, operating systems, and enterprise hardware support

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices (iPhones/Android)
• Support Windows-specific applications and enterprise software
• Perform PC adds, moves, and changes as needed.
• Handle full lifecycle of smartphone and wireless device support
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure Team, and other IT groups
• Track and log service requests in ServiceNow with regular status updates
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and parts used in support
• Capable of managing a workload of at least 65 service tickets per month
• Must be open to traveling to other locations when required.
