TheIT Systems Support position provides essential front-line support to Fisher Dynamics employees by assisting with IT helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will work under the guidance of experienced IT staff to develop technical knowledge, build problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing IT environment.
Candidates MUST be local to the Metro Detroit Area. Relocation is not available.

Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) preferred.
Experience
No prior IT experience required. Recent high school/college graduate or career changer with eagerness to learn IT fundamentals.
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and follow written procedures.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Working environment and physical requirements of this position are those typical of an office setting and manufacturing environment.
Position requires interaction with end-users at all levels.
