LMG is seeking an experienced professional to drive video system development and live event support in Orlando. You will help design, deploy, and maintain advanced video solutions for corporate and touring productions, ensuring high-quality delivery across events and venues.

• Act as an internal consultant on video technologies, trends, and challenges.
• Provide guidance to improve processes, equipment utilization, and production quality.
• Collaborate with operations to develop and enhance quality control for video systems.
• Travel to event sites to validate system performance and deployment.
• Assist leadership with training initiatives for technicians, QC personnel, and engineering teams.
• Share expertise to strengthen technical knowledge and operational consistency.

Location: Orlando, FL | Full Time | Pay Range: $67,755.68 - $79,712.56/YR (Based on experience and qualifications).

Advance Video Technology Solutions

• Research, design, and build new video systems and packaging that support evolving live event requirements.
