UIC Government Services (UICGS / Bowhead) seeks a Systems Specialist to support TRADOC Surgeon’s Office at Fort Eustis, VA. The role involves data-driven analysis, designing solutions, and decision-support to enhance knowledge management and business practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a BA in a related field, 3+ years in MEDCOM Program Analysis, and strong communication and teamwork skills. US citizenship and security clearance at Secret level are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience as part of MEDCOM Program Analysis and Evaluation Directorate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Overview

SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (TRADOC):

Bowhead seeks a Systems Specialist to support operations to the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Surgeon’s Office located in Fort Eustis, VA. The Systems Specialist will develop solutions driven by requirements and supported by data to include statistical analysis, research design and decision support in order to improve decision making, knowledge management, and business practices at all levels of the organization.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.

Target salary range is between $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
