Cornerstonetechtalent is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect to support enterprise applications in a government environment. This hands‑on role requires deep technical expertise across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, development, ALM, and security/compliance.

The candidate must have 10+ years in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ALM, with state government experience and security clearances

• Build business rules, workflows, integrations, connectors, and APIs.
• Manage Power Platform environments and governance.
• Implement ALM and managed‑solution deployments using Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines.
• Configure security roles, field‑level security, and least‑privilege access.
• Support Power BI and Microsoft 365 Government environments.
• Create architecture diagrams, ERDs, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53, FISMA, HIPAA, CJIS, and related requirements.

Location: Cayce, SC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite

Contract: 12 Months + Potential Extension

Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect / Technical Lead for a hands‑on technical role supporting enterprise applications within a government environment. This is not a traditional Project Manager or M365 Administrator role. Candidates must have deep technical experience across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, development, ALM, and government security/compliance.

Key Qualifications

• Current South Carolina resident – no relocation candidates
• 6+ years of State Government experience
• 10+ years Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture, customization, and administration
• 10+ years Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and security architecture
• 10+ years Power Platform
• 10+ years C#/.NET, including plugins/custom workflow assemblies
• 10+ years JavaScript/TypeScript
• 10+ years ALM using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub pipelines
• 10+ years cloud security/data classification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
