Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Public Health seeks an experienced System Software Programmer – Consultant to lead and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives in a secure, government-compliant environment.

You will develop, deploy, and optimize model-driven and canvas apps, manage Dataverse configurations, and ensure ALM and governance standards are adhered to across enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in state government.
• 10+ years of experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) solution architecture, customization, and administration.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse relational data modeling, custom business logic, and security role architecture.
• 10+ Years of Experience with Power Platform.
• 10+ Years of Experience with Application Lifecycle Management pipelines and managed solution deployments.
• 10+ Years of Experience with Custom extensibility using C# .NET (plugins, custom workflow).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, modify, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions and Dataverse models.
• Administer and maintain Dynamics environments, including inventory, configuration, and Dataverse schema management.
• Manage security roles, field-level security, access control, and least-privilege enforcement.
