Job summary

Oorwin AI is seeking a senior Architect with extensive State Government experience to lead Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) architecture, customization, and administration. The role requires deep Dataverse modeling, security design, and Power Platform integration across enterprise systems.

You will drive ALM pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub, ensure compliance with HIPAA/CISA/NIST controls, and implement secure portal solutions and data classification strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of Experience in State Government.
• 10+ Years of Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) solution architecture, customization, and administration.
• 10+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Dataverse relational data modeling, custom business logic, and security role architecture.
• 10+ Years of Experience with Power Platform enterprise components.
• 10+ Years of Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines and managed solution deployments.
• 10+ Years of Experience with cloud security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST 800-53 controls.

Preferred Skills
