Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Less than 2 years of software/systems engineering experience required.
• Certification in cloud fundamentals, Agile, Scrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies established software and systems engineering procedures, tools, and standards to complete routine development, configuration, testing, or support tasks.
• Builds foundational knowledge in a primary technical domain by learning standard concepts, platforms, and team practices used in day-to-day delivery.
• Communicates task status, questions, blockers, and basic observations to team members to support timely completion of assigned work.
• Monitors deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documented instructions, coding standards, or system requirements.
• Analyzes routine issues by following defined troubleshooting steps, validating expected results, and escalating unclear problems to more senior team members.
• Coordinates with teammates to confirm requirements, handoffs, and next steps for work within a single project or team scope.
• Improves routine task execution by identifying straightforward process or documentation gaps and sharing observations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field

Certification in cloud fundamentals, Agile, Scrum preferred
