Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Java, C#, JavaScript or Python) with exposure to SQL/HTML/CSS.
• Basic understanding of software testing, debugging, and code-coverage.
• Foundational understanding of Agile and SDLC concepts.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and development tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Basic understanding of data models, relational tables, and system configurations.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze information, and help implement solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn new languages, platforms, tools, and processes.
• Ability to receive feedback and work under guidance.
• Basic awareness of secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, configuration, and development of applications, workflows, and services in alignment with defined requirements.
• Uses source control and established build, review, testing, and deployment processes to support application releases.
• Assists with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of issues using established procedures.
• Monitors applications, reviews logs and alerts, and resolves routine support issues.
• Assists with developing and supporting integrations between applications and external systems using REST APIs.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation for configurations, components, integrations, and support procedures.
• Collaborates with analysts, admins, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develops and executes unit tests and assists with functional testing to verify that solutions meet requirements.
