County of Contra Costa seeks a Systems Software Analyst I to join the Health Services IT Unit in Concord, CA. The role focuses on cloud deployments, system administration, and end-user support.
You will manage identity services, on-prem Active Directory, and integrations, while following Agile/Scrum practices and delivering timely technology solutions for the county community.

Contra Costa Health has an excellent employment opportunity for one (1)full-time Systems Software Analyst I position assigned primarily to the Health Services Information Technology Unit located in Concord, CA.
Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university which included completion of 30 semester hours in computer science, information processing, or a closely related field.
One (1) year full‑time, or its equivalent, experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of operating systems software on complex multi‑user systems ANDtwo (2) years full‑time or its equivalent programming experience on multi‑user systems. At least one (1) year of the applications programming must have been in a higher level applications language (e.g., COBOL, C, or C++);
OR three (3) years full‑time or its equivalent experience performing applications programming on multiple user systems which included two (2) years programming in a higher level applications language.
Additional applications programming experience in a higher level applications language or systems software experience of the type noted above may be substituted for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis up to a maximum of two (2) years. No substitution is allowed for the required 30 semester hours in computer science, information processing, or a closely related field.
The Human Resources Department may change the examination steps noted above in accordance with the Personnel Management Regulations and accepted selection practices.
