Job summary

Round Peg Solutions is seeking a Systems Security Engineer for a six-month onsite contract in Fort Wayne, IN, supporting CMMC compliance for an aerospace and defense project. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of enterprise IT and networking experience in a Systems Security Engineer role.
• Practical knowledge of CMMC regulations and relevant NIST security standards.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies including TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, wireless networks, and next generation firewalls.
• Strong skills in documentation, communication, organization, and project management, with ability to work independently.
• Onsite network security experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fortinet, Cisco, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Linux, VMware, and Hyper-V.
