Job summary

Gundersen Health System, in partnership with Emplify Health, seeks a System Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in La Crosse, WI. The role requires building strong relationships and guiding candidates and hiring leaders through the process, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will manage system-wide openings across all levels, implement targeted recruitment strategies, and assist in offers including salary and benefits, with a starting salary around $65,312 and remote-eligible work

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruitment, professional sales, marketing, customer service or related experience.
• A working knowledge of employment law with an aptitude for project management and public speaking.
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• RACR Certification Desired
