Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an experienced System's Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in La Crosse, WI. The role focuses on building relationships, moving quickly, and keeping candidates and hiring leaders informed throughout the process.

You will recruit across all levels, implement targeted strategies, and assist in offers, negotiating salary and benefits to attract top talent in a hospital network.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of recruitment, professional sales, marketing, customer service or related experience.
• A working knowledge of employment law with an aptitude for project management and public speaking required.
• RACR Certification Desired
