Job summary

City Colleges of Chicago is seeking a Project Manager – Systems (SIPGrant) at Wilbur Wright College to provide leadership for procurement, implementation, training, and data analysis related to the SIP Grant software and transfer credit automation.

You will coordinate across Academic Systems, Academic Affairs, and OSX to strengthen enrollment management and ensure timely student outreach throughout the enrollment process. Grant administration and collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Science, Information Technology, Planning, or a closely related field.
• Experience: minimum of three (3) years of program or project administration, preferably in higher education.
• Experience with software implementation project management.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for vendor selection and service providers.
• Oversee design and implementation of data collection and reporting structures.
• Prepare timely programmatic progress and financial reports for grant requirements.
• Manage deployment of transfer credit evaluation software and related training.
