Job summary

The State of Florida, Office of Information Technology Services in Tallahassee, seeks a detail-oriented Systems Project Consultant to support business analysis and quality assurance initiatives. You will collaborate with program offices and system integrator teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions.

Responsibilities include developing BRs, user stories, test plans and traceability, executing test cases, managing defects, and supporting UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in BA/QA with SDLC and Agile knowledge.
• Experience using DevOps, Jira or other project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and QA methodologies capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and traceability documentation.
• Perform quality assurance activities: test plans, cases, scripts; manage defects; support user acceptance testing.
• Monitor project status and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and IT teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Support solution design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-production activities.
