TM Floyd is seeking a Mainframe Systems Programmer with Db2/z/OS experience responsible for maintaining, optimizing, troubleshooting, and supporting mission-critical database systems, including upgrades, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and 24x7 production support.

What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and optimize Db2 for z/OS
• Troubleshoot systems software and production issues
• Perform performance tuning, migrations, patches, and data movement
• Support disaster recovery and internal/external audits
• Provide 24x7 production support through an on-call rotation
• Work with DBAs and application teams to improve system stability and performance

Required:

• 4+ years of IT experience with varied programming experience
• Db2, z/OS, SYSVIEW, Broadcom, or IBM mainframe technologies
• Strong systems programming, database, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

Schedule:

• 40 hours/week with flexibility between 7 AM-7 PM EST; some OT required
