Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior z/OS System Programmer to support enterprise Mainframe Infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in z/OS System Programming, CICS, DB2, RACF, Sysplex/GDPS, and automation.

Responsibilities include installing, configuring, migrating, and maintaining z/OS, managing CICS, DB2, MQ, RACF, JES, USS, and ISV products, and providing 24x7 production support with change management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, migrating, and maintaining z/OS environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis in enterprise mainframe setups.
• Strong knowledge of workload management, performance tuning, and security with RACF.
