UPMC's Translational Neuropsychopharmacology and Neuroimaging Lab is seeking a Systems Programmer/Analyst I to preprocess multimodal neuroimaging data and QA quality, while developing scripts for statistical analysis and automated reporting.
You will troubleshoot issues, provide tier-1 support to faculty, postdocs, and students, and create SOPs, training materials, and data-handling guidelines to ensure reproducible research.
The Systems Programmer/Analyst I will assist the Translational Neuropsychopharmacology and Neuroimaging Lab by preprocessing and quality-assuring multimodal neuroimaging data; developing and maintaining scripts for statistical analysis and automated reporting; troubleshooting technical issues and providing tier-1 support to faculty, postdocs, and students; creating training materials and implementing SOPs for data handling and compliance; and collaborating with the PI, research staff, and trainees to translate study requirements into reliable, reproducible technical solutions.
Important: This is a full time, in-person role with a non-tentative hourly schedule.
