Job summary

UPMC's Translational Neuropsychopharmacology and Neuroimaging Lab is seeking a Systems Programmer/Analyst I to preprocess multimodal neuroimaging data and QA quality, while developing scripts for statistical analysis and automated reporting.

You will troubleshoot issues, provide tier-1 support to faculty, postdocs, and students, and create SOPs, training materials, and data-handling guidelines to ensure reproducible research.

Qualifications

• Experience preprocessing and QA of multimodal neuroimaging data.
• Ability to develop and maintain scripts for statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with SOPs for data handling and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Preprocess, QA, and analyze neuroimaging data to ensure data integrity.
• Develop, test, and maintain scripts for statistics and automated reporting.
• Provide tier-1 infrastructure, software, and network support.
• Create user guides and workshops; enforce SOPs for data handling and compliance.
• Collaborate with the PI and trainees to translate study requirements into technical solutions.
