Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 24 CS credits and 2+ years software experience in design, programming, and analysis.
• Six years of software experience with a high school diploma and one year leading a complex project.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are acceptable under NYC rules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain new software applications using Microsoft .NET technologies for tracking and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Area Management and End Users to ensure proper design, testing and implementation; coordinate with ITS for integration.
• Create relational databases (SQL or Oracle) with views, functions and stored procedures per user rules.
• Monitor and address database performance and user issues; implement necessary changes.
