Job summary

Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Database Administrator for its NYC-based project with the NYC Department of Social Services. You will design and maintain databases, implement secure data exchanges, and optimize performance.

Collaborate with .Net and Java teams, develop complex queries, and ensure robust security controls. On-site in NYC, with a focus on reliability and scalable data warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years with Cúram V6 and related components.
• 4+ years in Curam Certified Developer experience in architecture.
• 4+ years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and open-source Java frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and ETL/BI tools.
• 4+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee the maintenance of system databases.
• Build data exchange processes between NYC agencies with secure file transfer.
• Tune database objects to address performance issues and optimize queries.
• Develop database services for .Net and Java application teams.
• Create complex queries addressing diverse business requirements.
• Provide on-site DBA support in NYC.
