Job Title: Systems Programmer Analyst

Position Summary:

The Systems Programmer Analyst supports administrative systems by providing technical support, training, and guidance, as well as performing system administration, configuration, and programming tasks. The primary focus is to support North Park’s use of Microsoft 365. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Bookings, and Power Apps.
2. Stay updated on M365 roadmaps and upcoming changes, communicating and coordinating their implementation.
3. Implement and maintain M365 applications for single sign-on and other integrations.
4. Participate in IT’s security operations team, including collaboration with the IT Security Analyst, CIO, and Deputy CIO.
5. Manage SSL certificate renewals and upgrades.
6. Assist with administration of on-premises servers and infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work remotely effectively.
• Familiarity with M365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently.
• Interest and aptitude in information systems design and programming/scripting, especially PowerShell.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willingness to work off-hours occasionally.
• High-speed internet at home.
