Job summary

Olympic Medical Center on Washington's North Olympic Peninsula seeks a Systems Support Technician I to assist the IT team with helpdesk operations and network systems. You will support data, voice, image and video networks at service levels and help staff with implementation and training.

The role requires an Associate degree in a related field and about two years of WAN/LAN experience, with on-site work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science in computer science, engineering or related field preferred.
• Two years’ experience with WANs and LANs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports IT helpdesk operations and data, voice, image and video network systems.
• Provides guidance on implementation, ongoing support and training to staff.
