Trident Maritime Systems-Heavy Equipment Group is seeking a Systems/Network Engineer to maintain and advance our enterprise network. The role requires hands-on work with Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Azure, and Remote Desktop Services, based on-site at Kingsford, MI or Iron River, MI with potential hybrid arrangements.
You will design, implement, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensure security, document solutions, and drive projects end-to-end.

We are looking for a talented Systems/Network Engineer to join our team with expertise in Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Ubiquiti, Azure, and Remote Desktop Services. This is an onsite position working at either of the following locations: Kingsford, MI or Iron River, MI or Rhinelander, WI with the possibility to be a hybrid position.
The Systems/Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the company's enterprise network. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure, resolving advanced support issues and capturing comprehensive documentation on all matters - from solution design to root cause analysis. To ensure success as a network engineer, you should have extensive experience working with enterprise networks as well as advanced organizational and project management skills - the ability to independently drive projects from conception through completion.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds.
