Job summary

Trident Maritime Systems is seeking a Systems/Network Engineer to join our team onsite at Kingsford, MI, Iron River, MI, or Rhinelander, WI with potential for hybrid work. You will maintain the enterprise network ensuring high availability, implement and configure network infrastructure, and document solutions from design through root cause analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with Windows servers, virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V), Azure AD, Office 365, and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems/networks with enterprise-grade infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise with LAN/WAN, security best practices, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability and performance of the enterprise network.
• Configure and maintain Windows servers in physical and virtual environments.
• Lead incident response and implement changes per ITIL/change management.
