Leidos is seeking a Systems Network Administrator (TS/SCI w/ Poly) to join the National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role supports enterprise IT systems, end users, and mission-critical operations in a collaborative team environment.

The position requires 5+ years in systems administration, a technical bachelor's degree, and active TS/SCI with Polygraph. CompTIA Security+ is required, with multiple certifications encouraged for growth.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches, updates, and config changes.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI tasks.
• Configure and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
• Support virtualized and storage environments.
• Document processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contribute to reports and technical deliverables.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be a key part of a small, high-performing team supporting enterprise IT systems and end users. You'll:

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage and monitor client/server, storage, and network environments

You’ll also provide hands-on support to users both at headquarters and across the enterprise-delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Work Environment

• On-site support: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Small team environment (<10 people) with strong collaboration
• Direct interaction with end users and mission stakeholders

What You Bring

You're a problem-solver who enjoys working in dynamic environments and supporting mission-critical systems.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Experience can be used in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
• CompTIA Security+ (current)

Accepted Certifications (one required)

• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA-IT Infrastructure)
• MCSA - Desktop (Windows 7 or Windows 8)
• MCITP - Windows Client (Desktop Support or Desktop Administrator)

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
