Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Network Administrator to join our National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). Our team is at the cutting edge of Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, SIGINT, and advanced analytics—delivering solutions that directly support critical national security missions.

What You'll Do

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage and monitor client/server, storage, and network environments
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support
• Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches, updates, and configuration changes
• Manage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI-related tasks
• Configure and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems
• Support virtualized and storage environments
• Document processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting proceduresContribute to reports and technical deliverables
• Use ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues

Work Environment

• On-site support: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Small team environment (<10) with strong collaboration
• Direct interaction with end users and mission stakeholders

You're a problem-solver who enjoys working in dynamic environments and supporting mission-critical systems.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Experience can be used in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
• CompTIA Security+ (current)

Accepted Certifications (one required)

• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA-IT Infrastructure)
• MCSA - Desktop (Windows 7 or Windows 8)
• MCITP - Windows Client (Desktop Support or Desktop Administrator)
