The ideal candidate will have enterprise network and server experience, strong TCP/IP and switching skills, and a talent for troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support in remote settings.

• Expertise with TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and switching.
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting end users and remote environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities
