Ixana is seeking a Validation Engineer to own IC quality and automated testing for Wi-R devices in a fast-paced R&D environment.

You will design test plans, build hardware validation environments, and integrate automated workflows with AI-enabled harnesses. Collaboration across silicon, firmware, hardware, and manufacturing ensures robust product validation and reliable wireless performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in EE principles and hardware debugging.
• Proficiency in Python and developing automated test frameworks and validation tools.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to systematically debug hardware, firmware, and system-level issues.

Aufgaben

• Own the quality and validation of Wi-R ICs throughout development, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle.
• Define, execute, and improve comprehensive test plans with a focus on automation.
• Design and build hardware test environments to validate multi-device Wi-R communication.
• Integrate lab equipment into automated validation workflows and develop EVK test tools.
• Analyze, visualize, and communicate test results through dashboards highlighting issues and trends.
• Create AI-enabled test harnesses that integrate with end-to-end validation frameworks.
• Collaborate with silicon, firmware, hardware, and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality.
