Job summary

BakerRipley is seeking a Systems Lead to manage client management software across multiple programs in the Stability and Connection Program Area. You will translate program needs into viable software solutions and serve as the SME for agency systems, partnering with IT to ensure platform performance and data integrity.

You will guide data consolidation, SOP development, and staff training, while leading projects with clear timelines and stakeholder updates to improve neighbor and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years working with client management systems and/or program administration, system administration and implementation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to use various computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to define realistic, specific goals and objectives and to prioritize objectives.
• Ability to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of the problem and evaluation of alternate solutions.
• Ability to think critically, analyze information, identify trends, and develop strategic courses of action.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between program leadership and IT to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead client management software initiatives and upgrades across programs.
• Consolidate data across multiple programs to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for data entry and reporting.
• Create visual progress reports for leadership to track system implementation.
