Candidates should have TS/SCI with poly, 3–5 years IAM/cybersecurity guidance, and experience managing credential lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 3–5 years of IAM and cybersecurity guidance in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience managing privileged/non-privileged accounts, credentials, certificates, and access throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Transfer Officer (DTO) access, eligibility, credentials, training, and compliance.
• Lead technical projects involving identity, credential, and access management.
• Manage privileged and non-privileged account, certificate, and credential lifecycles.
• Monitor and enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data-transfer requirements.
• Review and approve DTO accounts and access based on established security requirements.
• Coordinate with IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve technical and security issues.
• Maintain compliance records and reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve access, credential, and data-transfer processes.
• Support technical and security requirements for data-transfer applications.

• Reston, VA

RCT Systems is seeking a Systems Integrator to support a large-scale technical development program focused on Attribute/Entitlement Services within the Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) space. The role supports identity, credential, access management, cybersecurity compliance, and secure data-transfer operations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Data Transfer Officer (DTO) access, eligibility, credentials, training, and compliance.
• Lead technical projects involving identity, credential, and access management.
• Manage privileged and non-privileged account, certificate, and credential lifecycles.
• Monitor and enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data-transfer requirements.
