Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL is seeking an Integration, Test, and Evaluation Engineer Lead to drive system integration and testing across in-house and COTS/GOTS components.

You will coordinate recruitment, training, and performance, while directing comprehensive test plans and schedules for complete systems. A Top Secret clearance is required to start and you will mentor staff and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering (M.S. preferred).
• 8+ years of related professional engineering experience in an engineering field.
• Strong technical background in sensor/system integration and testing.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly team meetings and annual performance reviews.
• Align IT&E staff planning with dynamic needs.
• Develop missile processing procedures and schedules.
• Serve as asset manager from build to ground and flight tests.
• Guide integration, testing, and evaluation with test plans.
• Coordinate subcomponent build, integration, and test equipment.
• Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews (PSRR).
• Coordinate with test ranges and provide safety briefings.
