AllianceHCM in The Woodlands, Texas, seeks a Systems Integration Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead integration projects, design workflows, and connect AllianceHCM to external platforms using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle from scoping to testing, deployment, and post-launch support, acting as the technical liaison between client IT teams and AllianceHCM's engineering and product groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth2, and API keys.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience troubleshooting data synchronization and mapping logic across systems.
• Proven track record managing multiple high-priority integration projects on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with third-party vendors to define integration needs.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Manage full lifecycle of integration projects from scope to post-launch support.
• Oversee requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison between client IT teams and AllianceHCM engineering and product teams.
• Ensure complex technical issues are resolved and projects progress as planned.
