Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of system engineering experience on DoD programs.
• Expertise in radar signal processing, algorithm development, and AESA hardware/beam forming.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and performance analysis.
• Experience with DOORS/MBSE, SysML, and trade studies.
• End-to-end subsystem integration and test planning for radar systems.
