Job summary

Reliance Rx Specialty Pharmacy Management, LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Systems & Integration Manager to lead the pharmacy management system, third-party integrations, and related technology platforms supporting specialty operations.

You will partner with Pharmacy Operations, IT, billing, and vendors to optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation and efficiency across EDI, 835 payments, and claims processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years may substitute.
• Five years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare IT required.
• Experience configuring pharmacy software and EDI/835 is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the pharmacy management system configuration and workflows.
• Manage EDI transactions, 835/ERA, and 837 claim workflows.
• Lead system upgrades, testing, and vendor coordination.
• Develop training and change management for users.
