Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to provide trusted technical expertise to PET, tackling IT governance and enterprise‑level integration challenges. You’ll help align systems, data, and processes to support mission success.

You will coordinate activities across multiple PE contracts, drive consistent standards, and work with vendors and system integrators to advance enterprise IT capabilities.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical integration, or IT governance.
• Proven experience coordinating activities across multiple programs or contracts.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and integration methodologies.
• Experience with dependency mapping and technical coordination.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical coordination point for PET across PE.
• Support project and system integration throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical activities across UDS, TCS, EMS, and other PET contracts.
• Identify integration gaps, dependencies, and risks across programs.
• Support integration and migration planning for enterprise IT capabilities.
• Conduct dependency mapping and analysis.
• Collaborate with system integrators, software vendors, and contractors.
• Contribute to PE Architecture IPTs and integration working groups.
• Assist with API and interface standards development.
• Support enterprise resiliency assessments and initiatives.
• Ensure contractor deliverables align with PET’s objectives.
• Facilitate technical coordination meetings across contract teams.
