Job summary

Catalyst Operations & Analytics seeks Expert/Lead Systems Integrators to oversee the integrity of large, complex enterprise system‑of‑systems environments across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid infrastructures.

You will mentor junior staff, plan and implement solutions, document processes, and shape the long‑term technical direction of the program, while communicating effectively with customers and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in systems integration or SOA environments.
• US Citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph (no exceptions).
• Experience mentoring integrators and engineers; strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of integration solutions across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid infrastructures.

Position Summary

Expert/Lead Systems Integrators lead and oversee the integrity of large, complex enterprise system-of-systems environments in support of the customer's mission. Expert/Lead Systems Integrators lead planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of integration solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures, applying leading-edge principles and concepts to unusually complex integration problems. Expert/Lead Systems Integrators are expected to operate with substantial latitude for independent judgment, mentor and supervise other integrators and engineers, and provide highly innovative solutions that shape the long-term technical direction of the program.

US Citizenships and TS/SCI with Polygraph (no exceptions)

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant systems integration experience (Master's degree and 10+ years also acceptable); additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Required Skills:

• Expert-level experience leading and overseeing integration of large, complex enterprise system-of-systems or service-oriented architecture environments
• Extensive experience planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
• Demonstrated ability to apply leading-edge principles and concepts to unusually complex, ambiguous integration problems
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and supervising other integrators and engineers in both technical and firm competencies
• Excellent critical thinking, technical writing, and oral communication skills, including the ability to present and defend technical solutions to customers and senior stakeholders
• Expert/Lead positions set technical direction for integration efforts across the program and mentor Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior integrators
