Ladders is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join a leader in IT infrastructure. You will help integrate, maintain, and secure enterprise environments while coordinating with customers and internal teams for Tier 3 support and release readiness.

The role emphasizes security, incident response, disaster recovery, and compliance across client environments, with a US-remote work setup and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years in systems engineering or enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of TLS/PKI provisioning and secure integration.
• Experience with enterprise server hardware lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with network concepts and F5 TLS Proxy.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gold Support through on-site and remote Tier 3 engineering.
• Install and maintain TLS Proxy solutions with client support.
• Perform OS and server platform installation, patching, and upgrades.
• Manage server infrastructure and capacity planning.
• Support PKI provisioning and certificate management.
• Generate and manage license keys for renewals.
• Configure and maintain platform software and upgrades.
• Monitor platform health and ensure rapid incident resolution.
• Review infrastructure specifications and support hardware/software purchasing.
• Define and execute disaster recovery plans with clients.
• Collaborate on release and patch planning and communications.
• Test new apps for virtual devices and prepare release documentation.
• Ensure compliance with audit trails and change management.
• Address security vulnerabilities identified through testing.
• Serve as a trusted technical contact for client stakeholders.
• Provide operational reviews and status reports to leadership.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on integrating, maintaining, and supporting secure enterprise infrastructure that enables reliable platform performance for client environments. The position partners closely with customers and internal technical teams to manage Tier 3 support, lifecycle activities, release coordination, and operational readiness. In addition, the engineer will help strengthen platform security, resolve incidents quickly, and support disaster recovery and compliance processes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
