Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• 1+ years in basic SI assembly (new build lines and subassembly/final assembly).
• Good component recognition and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Accesses paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verifies kits, enters batch information, and labels items per instructions.
• Uses mats, tooling, and checks equipment for proper performance.
• Performs systems integration subassemblies as directed.
• Enters data into PFS and links subassemblies to the final unit.
• Mentors co-workers and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performs F-cert functions and final unit inspection for quality.
